Additional information about booking
All rates quoted are to rent the whole villa exclusively (no sharing any of the facilities with others ). Discounts given for children - please contact us for a quote.
£100 deposit per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 1 month before arrival date.
We also ask for a security deposit of £100 that will be returned to you providing no damage is caused to the property everything is in order when you leave.
This is a self catering holiday but breakfast is also available at an additional cost of only £5 per head per day and £2.00 for small children.
Payments can be made by paying directly into our UK bank account, the details of which will be supplied to you.
We also accept payments via paypal.com where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card but you will be required to pay a commission of 4% to cover paypal fees.
Please note: During July and August and the Christmas and New Year period there is a minimum weekly charge of £800.

Cancellation Policy
50% of deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 2 months before starting date of booking.
25% deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 1 month before starting date of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if less than one month’s notice is given. |
