Evergreen Country Cottage and Evergreen Apartment form a two story building sitting on a quarter acre of land with a handsome lawned front garden. The two units combined can sleep up to 12 people and can be rented separately or together depending on the size of your party.

The Cottage sleeps up to eight people and has four classy double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom.

The living and dining room area is open- plan and is furnished with a three piece suite, centre table, cable television and computer desk. The dining table sits below a beautiful wooden ceiling with brass chandelier lights. Pay as you go internet service is available upon request.

The stylish contemporary kitchen is equipped, with a fridge - freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee peculator, four burner stove with oven, and attractive fitted wooden cupboards. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar that seats up to six people.

You will find the cottage to be a very homely and comfortable place to stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom so although your party may be a large group of people each couple will have their own private space.

The gardens are overlooked by two verandas, one at the front of the cottage and one at the rear. Both verandas have wooden patio furniture sets with chairs and table and are ideal for whiling away an hour or two with a cool drink and a good book.

The Apartment is very spacious and completely self contained with one bedroom and a large open plan living space. It is situated on the first floor above the cottage and is ideal for two adults or a family of four with two children.

The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, four burner stove and oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee procurator, and all the necessary utensils.

In the living room area there is a four seater dining table, a three piece suite, centre table, television, and pay as you go Internet access is also available. There is an additional double bed in this area which is most suitable for children.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two bed side tables and a dressing table with mirror and drawers.

The very attractive bathroom is finished in marble and has a bath and shower, face basin and toilet.

It should be noted if three or four adults are thinking of sharing the apartment that the only bathroom is the en-suite to the bedroom and access can only be gained through the bedroom.

Guests in the apartment have the use of the roof terrace where you can relax on the sun loungers.

There is a utility wash room; with washing machine, iron and ironing board for the use of guests. The grounds to the property are walled with the imposing front gate opening on to a long green edged drive way. There are front and a rear gardens with orange, mango, ackee and plum trees.

Everything within the property has been finished to a very high standard. The furniture and fittings throughout are all of the highest quality. Both the cottage and the apartment have a very comfortable feel about them and are both a real home from home.

Great Pond is a quiet residential area that got its name from originally having several ponds on its terrain. The neighbourhood boast's the famous Wassi Arts Pottery studio and the Nahyabingi Tabernacle place of worship. There are local bars and a jerk center close at hand. Taxis to and from Ocho Rios are always available 24 hrs a day and you will find the local people are friendly and helpful.

The cottage can be booked from only £550 per week for four people up to £750 per week for 8 people.

The apartment is available from only £400 per week for 1 or 2 people up to £450 per week for a family of 4.

If your party is a particularly large one you can book both the cottage and apartment jointly to accommodate up to 12 guests in total.

You may prefer to choose our bed and breakfast option. We have an excellent cook and evening meals can also be catered for. Please ask for our rates to include breakfast and other meals.

Please note: During July and August and the Christmas and New Year period there is a minimum weekly charge of £750 for Evergreen Country Cottage and £450 for Evergreen Apartment.

We also ask for a £100 security deposit but this will of course be returned to you providing everything is in order when you leave and no damage is caused to the property.

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 1 month before arrival date.

Payments can be made by paying directly into our UK bank account, the details of which will be supplied to you on request.

We also accept payments via paypal.com where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card but you will be required to pay a commission of 4% to cover PayPal fees.

50% of deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 2 months before starting date of booking.

25% deposit refunded for cancellations made up to 1 month before starting date of booking.
